Why Pearl of the West
The name is a bridge between two worlds that mean so much to me.
Pearl of the West is rooted in the Philippines—lovingly called the Pearl of the Orient Seas—the place of my origin, rich in tradition, soul, and resilience. The “West” represents my second home: South Dakota, where I spent a decade learning, growing, and finding my voice in a new world.
This brand is my way of honoring both places—east and west, heritage and growth, memory and possibility.
